Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or college associate's degree equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous remote work experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs.
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set by management; criteria may change.
