National Debt Relief is seeking compassionate Inside Sales Representatives for a fully remote role across multiple US locations. You will consult with prospective clients, enroll them into our debt relief programs, and document conversations in Salesforce.

The position emphasizes empathy, stability, and adaptability to diverse schedules. We require at least 2 years in a client-facing role or an associate's degree, strong communication skills, and remote-work experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or an associate's degree equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior remote work experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Career-minded with long-term advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s debt relief programs or recommended options.
• Document client discussions clearly in Salesforce.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set by management.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and any changes.
• Recall and document call information while navigating multiple systems.
• De-escalate stressful situations and provide empathetic client support.
