National Debt Relief is seeking compassionate Inside Sales Representatives for a remote role across multiple states. You will consult with prospective clients, enroll them in debt relief programs, and document discussions in Salesforce.

No cold calling; remote schedules may include evenings and weekends. Role requires 2+ years in client-facing roles or an associate degree, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or an associate's degree equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous remote work experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s programs.
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year.
• Meet performance criteria set by management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• De-escalate stressful situations with empathy and professionalism.
