National Debt Relief is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to guide prospective clients through our debt relief programs. You will conduct compassionate consultations, enroll eligible clients, and document discussions in Salesforce, while aiming to meet performance targets.

The role supports remote work across multiple states, includes flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends), and provides uncapped commissions with a first-year average total compensation around $85,000 and potential to earn

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or college associate's degree equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous remote work experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s debt relief programs or recommended options.
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set forth by management; criteria may change based on baselines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and any updates to them.
• Recall and document call information accurately while navigating multiple systems.
