National Debt Relief is seeking compassionate Inside Sales Representatives for a remote role across the United States. You will guide prospective clients through debt relief options, document conversations in Salesforce, and work towards performance targets while leveraging company-sponsored IAPDA certification within the first year.

The position supports flexible schedules, evenings, weekends, and non-consecutive days off, with base pay starting at $31,200 plus uncapped commissions and bonuses,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or equivalent education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage flexible schedules.
• Commitment to meeting performance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs.
• Document client discussions using Salesforce.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year.
• Meet performance criteria set by management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Recall and document call information across systems.
• De-escalate stressful situations with empathy.
