Job summary

Domino Amjet, the US division of Domino Printing Sciences, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. You will pursue annual sales targets by representing Domino products and services to new and existing customers via remote or virtual sales, while building rapport and identifying key decision makers.

Responsibilities include managing quotes in Salesforce, collaborating with Regional Sales Managers, ensuring timely follow ups, and helping refine leads with the Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Coding & Marking experience or sales exposure is preferred.
• Sales experience in coding & marking is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve consistent sales performance to meet quotas with assigned customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Liaise with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention; build rapports with key decision makers.
• Engage prospective customers through consultative discussions to understand needs and tailor Domino solutions.
• Provide regular monthly activity reports and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to support Account Managers and hit NA sales targets.
• Follow up on all leads to maximize conversion and effort efficiency.
