Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Compensation: $55,000 - $ 85,000 (based on qualifications)

Position Summary
This position is responsible for achieving annual sales targets by representing Domino products and services to new and existing customers via a remote or virtual sales presence. The individual will establish Domino as a preferred supplier of Coding and Marking solutions while understanding customer’s needs and overall business direction to leverage business opportunities. The customers the Inside Salesperson will work with will be assigned.

Main Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Achieve consistent on-target sales performance/quotas by working with assigned customers and pro-actively searching out new business opportunities with current and prospective customers.
  • Liaise with existing customers to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction translating into high levels of customer retention. Establish and develop rapport and professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel identifying key decision maker(s).
  • Contact prospective customers, engaging in consultative conversations to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives. Tailor product solutions to address specific requirements and articulate onboarding.
  • Provide regular, timely monthly reports on business activity. Ensure daily use and updating of Salesforce including feedback on all sales leads and pipeline data to provide accurate forecasts.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Managers and provide support and assistance where necessary to Account Mangers to ensure that the overall North America Sales target is achieved through collaboration.
  • Assure that all leads are followed up with whether self-generated or provided by other sources.
  • Demonstrate Domino’s range of products and value proposition as well as competitor offerings.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions where appropriate.
  • Work in an effective way to minimize irrecoverable costs due to incorrect specifications of work.
  • Ensure that all business actions are followed up promptly and diligently.
  • Partner with and leverage commercial and internal specialists including BDMs, PMMs, CISS team, etc.
  • Ensure that all necessary paperwork and e-mails are provided for every quotation sent.
  • Ensure efficient sales plans are developed
  • Collaborate with Field Service personnel to carry out onsite customer interactions, site surveys, application analysis and other vetting as needed
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve leads and refine our efforts.
  • Continually develop sales techniques and strategies to close sales and achieve sales targets and goals.

What You Need

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or at least 4 years of equivalent relevant work experience
  • Coding & Marking application or field experience and a desire to move into a sales role or at least two years of sales experience required
  • Coding & Marking sales experience preferred

  • Requires the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate with, and follow up, verbally and in writing, with people of various levels and technical backgrounds, both inside and outside the company
  • Self-starting and motivated individual capable of meeting sales objectives and maintaining a steady work pace

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and delegate
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Salesforce, Showpad, CPQ, Service other CRM tools
  • Naturally curious, and keen to learn with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a bility to absorb and communicate technical information
  • Demonstrate a focus on team and culture through collaboration, support, and internal customer satisfaction
  • Ability to manage personal energy and stress levels while maintaining positivity and optimism
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision both as an individual contributor as well as part of a team
  • Must be able to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and targets
  • Have a hunter mentality and are passionate about winning and being part of a growing company
  • Confidence navigating sales cycles with all management levels

Physical
  • Sedentary work. Sedentary work involves exserting no more than 10 pounds of force at a time and occasionally lifting or carrying articles like docket files, ledgers, and small tools. A certain amount of walking and standing may be necessary in carrying out job duties.
