Job summary

Sandvik is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the United States. The role covers outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and cross-channel qualification within a defined territory.

You will manage CRM data, nurture leads, and collaborate with Marketing on scoring models to drive engagement. Ideal candidates are early-career commercial professionals or recent graduates with outbound discipline and a desire to learn CAM, CNC, and tool data domains.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, engineering, marketing, communications or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with outbound telephone and video conversations.
• CRM hygiene and data logging discipline.
• Curiosity about manufacturing, software or both, and a willingness to build CAM, CNC and tool data domain knowledge.
• Eligibility to work in the United States region.
• Occasional travel for team meetings and industry trade shows in the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting activity via email sequences, LinkedIn outreach and phone calls.
• Qualify inbound Toolhive leads including trial signups and form fills.
• Qualify CAM software users referred by partners before handover to the Account Executive.
• Log all prospecting and qualification activity in CRM and maintain data hygiene.
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead scoring model and MQL criteria.
