Job summary

Agent Alliance is seeking a remote benefits consultant who will consult with families, explain plan options, and help select the best coverage. Successful reps are strong communicators, ambitious, motivated, and organized, with an entrepreneurial mindset and team spirit.

You will reach out to prospective clients, schedule Zoom meetings, tailor benefit plans, build relationships, review benefits, handle claims, and provide excellent customer service and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Ambitious, motivated and organized with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Able to schedule meetings and manage client communication.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to individuals who requested more information on our benefits.
• Schedule Zoom meetings with members.
• Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit client needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Perform benefit reviews and assist with claims or adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and administrative support.
• Respond to and resolve client questions about their benefits.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
