MBC Talent Connections is hiring full-time, remote Inside Sales Representatives to sell education and professional certification programs directly to prospective students. This is a high-energy, phone-based closing role focused on B2C sales with company-generated leads and outbound calling.

You will own the sale, close quickly, build rapport, and log detailed CRM notes in HubSpot and RingCentral for follow-up. Remote work requires energy, resilience, and reliable scheduling within Arizona hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year outbound phone-sales experience in a B2C environment.
• At least 1 year tenure in current role.
• Proven quota and KPI history in short-cycle, transactional sales.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills; confident asking for the sale.
• CRM discipline with detailed, organized records.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale: convert prospects to enrollment through consultative phone conversations.
• Work warm leads: inbound interest and outbound follow-up.
• Close quickly: 1–2 touchpoints before enrollment.
• Build rapport and overcome objections through discovery-led conversations.
• Maintain discipline: log CRM notes in HubSpot and RingCentral for follow-up.
