Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Campaign Specialist to execute high-volume email campaigns and support lead routing for Inside Sales initiatives.

This fully remote role collaborates with Inside Sales and Marketing to deploy campaigns in Marketo and manage lists in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for multiple shows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a large workload in a fast-paced environment while

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience executing email or campaign workflows in Marketo or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems, including list management.
• Strong organizational skills to manage high volumes of detailed work accurately.
• Attention to detail with a focus on error-free campaign execution.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage high-volume email campaigns in Marketo supporting Inside Sales initiatives.
• Coordinate and deploy multiple concurrent campaigns targeting thousands of exhibitors.
• Maintain campaign calendars to ensure launches align with show dates and timelines.
• Build, manage, and validate campaign audience lists across Marketo and Salesforce.
• Apply show-specific rules including product availability and exclusions when executing lists.
• Track campaign activity and list performance with strong attention to accuracy.
• Route inbound responses and assist with lead assignment and distribution in Salesforce.
• Update and maintain campaign tracking, list status, and project updates in Salesforce.
