Job summary

Forbo Flooring Systems seeks an Inside Sales Administrator for its North America Sales Support Team. The role focuses on promoting efficient workflows, lead qualification, and CRM data integrity to enhance customer experience.

Remote or hybrid work is available, with periodic time at the Hazleton, PA head office. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Sales or Sales Support, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong proficiency in CRM, SAP, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2 years in Sales or Sales Support experience
• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years' experience in inside sales
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
• Workable knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP ERP and SAP CRM
• Willing and able to travel locally and abroad

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries promptly, accurately and professionally
• Keep sales organized and information in CRM with proper links
• Drive business by ensuring constant next steps in CRM
• Follow the Forbo 360 Sales Process and uphold the process
• Work with Sales Reps, Regional Managers and National Sales Managers daily
• Schedule monthly Project Meetings to identify opportunities and accounts
• Coach for sales to ask questions and receive CRM training
• Support campaign leads and process Free of Charge requests in CRM
• Create customized customer web pages and generate quotations from opportunities
