Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-order sales support to customers and their local sales team.
• Develop existing accounts by providing information on products and programs offered by the company to the customer.
• Handle incoming customer requests for quotes and product information from the National Director who may be traveling or hosting customer events.
• Ensure timely order processing and confirmation of orders.
• Provide post-sales follow-up as required.
• Work with customers, outside sales, and internal/external suppliers to resolve issues as they arise.
• Manage follow up of pricing lists/updates.
• Assist with warranty parts look up and processing.
• Provide applications and pre-sales support for customers.
