HPG Brands is seeking an Account Manager to drive inside sales success and build lasting relationships across all HPG brands. You’ll work with Outside and National Sales teams, connect with customers by phone, email, and video, and help close deals while expanding accounts.

Required is a Bachelor’s or equivalent, 1+ year sales/account management, and proficiency in NetSuite and MS Office. This full-time role offers a remote-friendly environment in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of sales or account management experience (industry experience a plus).
• Strong Microsoft Office and NetSuite CRM skills.
• Experience in promotional products or B2B industry is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets across all HPG brands.
• Proactively connect with customers via phone, email, and video to discuss campaigns and drive engagement.
• Support Outside Sales in meetings and follow-ups to help close deals and expand accounts.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts through consultative relationship management.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast future growth opportunities.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and effective customer service including inbound calls and product suggestions.
• Provide accurate quotes, marketing support, and product education.
• Train customers on HPG’s sales tools and programs; keep NetSuite CRM records clean.
