Beacon Promotions Inc. in Eagan, MN is seeking an HPG Account Manager to drive inside sales, build relationships, and grow campaigns across HPG brands. You will collaborate with Outside and National Sales teams to expand accounts and deliver exceptional service.

The role requires a sales-driven mindset, strong communication, and proficiency with NetSuite CRM. This full-time position includes a comprehensive benefits package and regular weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ year of sales or account management experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office and NetSuite CRM skills.
• Experience in the promotional products or B2B industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by meeting monthly sales targets across all HPG brands.
• Proactively connect with customers via phone, email, and video to discuss campaigns.
• Support Outside Sales in meetings and follow-ups to help close deals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast growth opportunities.
• Provide quotes, marketing support, and product education.
• Train and guide customers on HPG’s sales tools, resources, and programs.
• Keep CRM (NetSuite) records clean and up to date with customer interactions and sales activities.
