Job summary

Presidio, a leader in IT infrastructure and AI-enabled solutions, seeks an Inside Client Manager – SLED to drive sales operations for assigned accounts. You will partner with Account Managers, vendors, and customers to sustain ongoing business and support public sector contracts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience and/or military experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology/ Sales Operations.
• Experience with SLED customers/accounts.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure/solutions manufacturers in the enterprise space.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and setup of new SLED customers.
• Maintain subject matter expertise in SLED contracts, including state/local contracts, ERate, and NASPO.
• Act as the primary internal point of contact for our customers with account managers.
• Partner with SLED contracts team to ensure compliance with public sector contract requirements.
• Attend customer meetings to strengthen relationships and understand objectives.
• Delegate customer report requests, run-rate quotes, and orders to internal resources.
• Maintain Salesforce account data integrity for customer accounts and projects.
• Work with Solution Architect to build Bills of Materials meeting requirements.
• Conduct forecasting and prospecting for run-rate business.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling to the current customer base.
• Manage registration to ensure best pricing with input from Account Manager.
• Partner with vendors to source quotes and stay aware of promotions.
