Qualifications

• High-volume cold calling experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business data and reports, and write professional business correspondence.
• After hours or weekend work as required by customer demands and seasonality in transportation.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM and BI systems is helpful.
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Disciplined, detail-oriented multitasking with strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrates ability to connect with others to build trust with customers and teammates.
