Job summary

Care.com in Charlotte, NC is seeking a mid-level inside sales professional to proactively build client relationships and exceed revenue objectives. This full-time role requires cold-calling, high activity, and the ability to secure mutually beneficial partnerships with small and medium businesses.

You will manage a pipeline, understand Care.com Marketing Solutions, and work with management to analyze sales metrics while retaining your book of business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales.
• Cold-calling sales experience required.
• Commit to 100 dials and a minimum of 3 hours of talk time daily.
• Organized and process-driven with target prioritization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with high activity and resilience.

Responsibilities
