Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of inpatient ICD-10-CM/PCS coding experience.
• RHIA, RHIT or CCS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign ICD-10-CM/PCS codes for inpatient records.
• Determine discharge dispositions and admission sources.
• Ensure coding accuracy and adherence to productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain Present on Admission indicators per documentation.
