Job summary

CorroHealth is seeking an IP Coding Specialist to provide CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM coding for multiple specialties. This is a remote US-based position with responsibilities across inpatient coding and potential auditing support.

Requirements include 2+ years of coding experience, current AAPC or AHIMA certification, and proficiency in Excel and Outlook. Ability to maintain productivity above 95% and quality scores is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be certified through either AAPC (CPC or COC) or AHIMA (CCS or CCS-P).
• Minimum of 2 years of coding experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
• Regular, predictable attendance required; productivity and quality targets.
• Ability to code using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS.
• Remote US-based position; able to work from home.

Responsibilities

• Provide CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10-CM coding for multiple specialties across clients.
• Apply codes with highest specificity and ensure proper sequencing for accurate reimbursement.
• Maintain productivity and quality scores (target 95%+).
• Communicate professionally with clients to support relationships and business needs.
• Assist leadership with reporting and potential auditing duties.
