Z. Wilson Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Inpatient Facility Coder for a fully remote, direct-hire role.

You will audit inpatient records for coding accuracy, review ICD-10-CM/PCS documentation, and collaborate with physicians and CDI professionals to strengthen documentation and reimbursement. Qualifications

• 4+ years of inpatient facility coding experience.
• Experience with MS-DRGs and ICD-10-CM/PCS.
• CCS, CIC, RHIA, RHIT, or CPC certification.
• Level I/II trauma or teaching hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit inpatient records for coding accuracy and compliant DRG assignment.
• Review ICD-10-CM/PCS coding and documentation.
• Partner with physicians and CDI professionals to improve documentation.
• Help prevent denials and support reimbursement accuracy.
• Stay current with Coding Clinic, ICD-10, and DRG guidelines.
