Job summary

DLB Associates is seeking an Innovation Program Lead to own the health, direction, and outcomes of the full innovation portfolio across the EcoSystem. You will evaluate submissions, guide concept development, and coordinate with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to move ideas toward scalable, enterprise solutions.

The role requires strong Revit and AEC knowledge, sound technical judgment, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting from anywhere in the

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant AEC experience across multiple roles, including substantial hands-on Revit/AEC design or BIM experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Building/Construction Technology, or equivalent experience preferred; equivalent AEC industry experience and Revit expertise may substitute for formal education.

Responsibilities

• Own the Program’s Daily Operations including intake, scoring, and disposition decisions.
• Lead and facilitate recurring Innovation meetings, documenting outcomes and action items.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to guide ideas from concept to adoption.
