HGA is seeking a Digital Design Support Lead to empower architectural and engineering teams with BIM workflows. You'll act as the frontline resource for Revit, ACC/BIM 360, and Dynamo, guiding projects through technical challenges and enabling efficient collaboration.

You will support ticket-based requests, virtual meetings, and dashboards to monitor trends, ensuring teams apply the right tools at the right time and maintain delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting architectural/engineering teams with BIM workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities across digital design tools.
• Ability to communicate solutions clearly via tickets, Zoom, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline digital support for architectural/engineering teams across tools like Revit, ACC/BIM 360, and Dynamo.
• Resolve software, standards, and workflow challenges to keep project delivery moving.
• Reinforce digital standards by applying correct tools and workflows.
• Provide support through ticket-based requests, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams with actionable solutions.
• Identify issues quickly to reduce friction and enable accurate project delivery.
