DLB Associates is seeking an Engineering Team Lead – Electrical to oversee a remote team of engineers working on hyperscale data centers. You will guide technical direction, mentor L3/L4 engineers, and ensure design quality across electrical distribution systems using AutoCAD and Revit.

The role emphasizes ownership, proactive communication, and delivery within a high-paced, remote environment while aligning with the company’s culture and standards.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) in related discipline.
• Minimum eight years electrical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple electrical engineering teams in a remote setting.
• Develop and oversee electrical design for data center projects using AutoCAD/Revit.
• Coordinate with project management, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Define technical direction and design basis amidst client ambiguity.
• Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
