Job summary

ai2io seeks an Innovation Program Lead to own the health and direction of the innovation portfolio. You will evaluate submissions, run recurring forums, and guide ideas toward scalable enterprise solutions with strong Revit and AEC knowledge.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams, manage adoption pathways, and deliver monthly updates to leadership and staff in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant AEC experience across multiple roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; Revit/AEC design experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the Program's daily operations and end-to-end intake process.
• Evaluate AEC/Revit ideas and coordinate cross-functional reviews.
• Steward portfolio health, alignment, and adoption potential.
• Guide ideas toward sustainable adoption with engineering and product partners.
• Elevate program updates for leadership and staff.
• Improve processes, scoring, and portfolio visibility.
