Job summary

OLIPOP is hiring a Manager of Supply Chain Productivity and Solutions. This remote role sits at the intersection of supply chain operations, analytics and technology implementation for a high-growth beverage company.

You will build the measurement layer that shows how the supply chain is performing, then redesign the workflows and select the systems that improve it, from ERP and warehouse management through to AI-assisted demand forecasting.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in an applicable role within the beverage or CPG industry.
• Degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering or business administration.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS and TMS systems and data pipelines; SQL or Python a significant plus.
• Power BI and Tableau, Lean Six Sigma and EDI experience, plus advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop KPIs to track productivity and operational health, and model supply chain scenarios in Tableau or Power BI.
• Identify inefficiencies and redesign workflows to maximise throughput and minimise operational cost.
• Lead evaluation, selection and implementation of supply chain technology including ERP, warehouse management systems and automation tools.
• Run cross-functional transformation projects with IT, procurement and operations from concept to deployment.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methods to standardise best practice across sites.
• Use predictive modelling to forecast demand and procurement needs, and support compliance and performance audits.
• Own and sequence the AI roadmap across demand forecasting, supply planning, manufacturing and logistics.
