Job summary

OLIPOP is seeking an Innovation Project Manager to act as the operational backbone of the Innovation team, translating ideas into actionable plans and coordinating workstreams. The role will own timelines, tools, cross-functional communications, and processes across the innovation pipeline, ensuring fast-moving work stays on track.

The successful candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to drive complex initiatives from planning through delivery while collaborating across R&D,

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in project management, commercialization, innovation, marketing operations, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proven track record of independently leading cross-functional projects from planning through delivery.
• Sound judgment balancing speed, risk, and impact with minimal guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, or product innovation preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines, milestones, and action logs from concept to launch.
• Lead cross-functional execution across multiple teams aligning priorities and owners.
• Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation plans with escalation when needed.
• Maintain innovation pipeline tools and launch calendar as the source of truth.
• Present monthly pipeline updates with milestones, risks, and actions.
