Job summary

Vivo Infusion in Leesburg, VA seeks a Territory Manager to drive regional infusion sales, build provider relationships, and educate clinicians on Vivo’s services. This role emphasizes travel within the territory and uncapped commissions with company-provided leads.

The successful candidate will manage a local territory, collaborate with clinical and sales teams, and promote a patient-centered suite of services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of sales experience generating revenue through business-to-business referrals.
• 2 years of pharma, commercial insurance, or healthcare sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and safe reliable transportation to travel within the outlined territory; vehicle stipend provided.
• Must be highly motivated with a proven track record of managing a sales territory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills, learning agility, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy with the ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as CRM software; Trella Healthcare experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with healthcare professionals to excite and educate them about Vivo's services and patient benefits.
• Prospect for new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.
• Stay curious and informed of market changes.
• Collaborate with local clinical, sales, and patient care navigator teams regarding market intel.
• Partner with local pharmaceutical sales representatives to develop strategies.
• Apply consultative selling to address provider or patient concerns.
• Provide an educated assessment of each Provider’s infusion needs and promote Vivo’s full line of patient-centered services and proven processes.
