Responsibilities

• Schedule return appointments and other appointments as assigned.
• Provide consumers with accurate information regarding products, services and procedures.
• Coordinate requests for physicians and patients in one transaction.
• Ensure accurate appointment, demographic and insurance information.
• Communicate with clinical staff to meet department needs and resolve issues.
