Job summary

Quad Recruitment is seeking a home-based outside sales representative to own the Oakland and Walnut Creek territory, driving referrals for infusion services. You will educate providers, identify target practices, and collaborate with payers and health systems to grow the business.

Expect 60% travel within the East Bay, a base salary in the mid to high five figures, and uncapped monthly incentives. This role rewards performance and offers room for advancement in a growing company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare or medical sales.
• Track record of building physician relationships and driving referrals in oncology, hematology, GI, or rheumatology.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with physicians and office staff.
• Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing a territory independently.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow referral relationships with physician practices across Oakland, Walnut Creek, and the East Bay.
• Educate providers and office teams on infusion services and simplify referrals.
• Identify high-volume target practices, plan for each, and track referral trends.
• Partner with pharma reps, health plans, and local health systems to grow the business.
• Set and report on sales goals, then hit and beat quotas.
• Share field feedback with marketing and operations to improve provider and patient experience.
• Travel up to 60% within the Oakland and Walnut Creek territory.
