Job summary

Quad Recruitment is seeking a home-based outside sales representative to own the South Bay territory (San Jose and Santa Clara) and drive referrals for infusion therapy. You will build referral relationships with physician practices across San Jose, Santa Clara, and the South Bay, educate providers on infusion services, and collaborate with pharma reps, health plans, and local health systems.

This role requires 3–5 years of healthcare sales experience, a track record with physician

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of healthcare sales experience.
• Proven ability to build physician relationships and drive referrals in oncology, hematology, GI, or rheumatology.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with physicians and office staff.
• Organized, analytical, and able to manage a territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-volume target practices and track referral trends.

Patients who need infusion therapy shouldn't have to lose half a day at the hospital to get it. Be the rep who gives San Jose and Santa Clara physicians a better option, and get paid every month for every practice you bring on board. A growing infusion therapy provider is hiring a home-based outside sales rep to own the South Bay territory and drive referrals for patients with chronic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow referral relationships with physician practices across San Jose, Santa Clara, and the South Bay in oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology
• Educate providers and their office teams on infusion services and make referring easy
• Identify high-volume target practices, build a plan for each, and track referral trends
• Partner with pharma reps, health plans, and local health systems to grow the business
• Set and report on your sales goals, then hit and beat your quota
• Share field feedback with marketing and operations to improve the provider and patient experience
• Travel up to 60% within the San Jose and Santa Clara territory

Skills Required

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare, health services, or medical sales
• A track record of building physician relationships and driving referrals in oncology, hematology, GI, and/or rheumatology, with infusion experience strongly preferred
• Strong presentation and communication skills with physicians and office staff
• Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing a territory on your own
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field

Additional Requirements

• Please describe your direct experience with infusion therapy. Include the disease states, referral sources (Neurology, Immunology, Rheumatology, Hematology, etc.), and how you support providers with product selection, site-of-care decisions, payer requirements, or patient-specific therapy considerations.
• What clinical background or expertise qualifies you to be an Infusion Subject Matter Expert? Please include any pharmacy, nursing, immunology, infusion, or other relevant experience, along with an example of how you've helped a provider or patient navigate a complex case.
• Do you currently manage an active Infusion book of business? If yes, please describe the physician specialties you call on, the products/services you represent, and the percentage of your role dedicated it.
