Aufgaben

• Verify order entry, verification, and dispensing of prescription orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide patient counseling on medication purpose, dosing, storage, and adverse effects.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to support optimal outcomes and timely order fulfillment.
• Identify and report medication errors or adverse events per policy and regulations.
