Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Collections Manager to lead the accounts receivable collections process across payors and therapies for our remote team in the United States. You will supervise collection staff, monitor aging, and ensure timely reimbursement while maintaining compliance with payer requirements and company policies.

The role partners with billing, reimbursement, and operations to identify trends, implement process improvements, and reduce AR days.

Qualifications

• Previous Home Infusion and Specialty Pharmacy experience required.
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare collections or revenue cycle experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, reimbursement processes, HCPCS coding, and medical terminology.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze aging reports, identify trends, and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collection activities across sites, payors, and therapies to maximize timely payment.
• Monitor aging reports and AR metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Oversee appeals and payer follow-up to meet deadlines and documentation requirements.
• Coach and develop collection staff and ensure compliance with policies.
