Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a remote Home Infusion Billing Specialist to rapidly collect on outstanding claims and reduce denial rates. You will review EOBs and RAs, follow up with payers and patients, and identify opportunities to improve cash flow while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely action, and adherence to VCI processes in a fully remote environment. Prior home infusion billing experience and solid Excel/office skills are preferred.

• Understanding of billing and collection processes across payer types.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review claims with outstanding balances and identify actions to collect revenues.
• Follow up with insurers and patients to maximize collections.
• Analyze denials and recommend process improvements to reduce DSO.
• Submit appeals per payor requirements and verify insurance details.
• Document activity and schedule follow-ups to resolve accounts.
