• Understanding of billing and collection processes across payer types
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Process home infusion medical claims accurately and timely
• Submit billing to primary and secondary payers
• Resolve rejected electronic claims to enable future submissions
• Document activities in CareTend for complete account history
• Contribute to training materials and process improvements
