Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a Remote Home Infusion Billing Specialist to join our team. You will focus on collecting Home Infusion claims, reducing denials, and increasing revenue opportunities while maintaining accurate account records.

This 100% remote role requires strong communication, billing, and payer interactions across the U.S. You will support franchise operations and work toward timely collections with adherence to processes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections is a plus.
• 2-5 years home infusion billing/collections experience preferred; remote work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review claims with outstanding balances and take action to collect revenues.
• Follow up with insurers and patients using payer portals.
• Analyze denials, identify trends, and suggest process improvements.
• Submit appeals per payer requirements and VCI processes.
• Document activity and schedule follow-ups to resolve issues.
