Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Developer with Infrastructure Tool Kit (JTK) experience to support the USPS from a fully remote position within the United States. The role involves working in Agile SDLC environments, applying security practices, and collaborating on ITK-based system development.

Required: Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years of experience and a Public Trust clearance. Preferred: DevSecOps, Docker/Jenkins/GitLab, Kafka, CI/CD, and Kubernetes in cloud-like settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Clearance required: Public Trust.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Familiarity with Change/Configuration Management tools (VersionOne, ServiceNow).
• Experience with Infrastructure Tool Kit (ITK) and USPS development standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project planning and develop programming specifications.
• Design, code, test, and debug programs using ITK languages.
• Adhere to USPS development standards and ensure data security.
• Maintain liaison with team leaders, customers, and vendors.
• Revise programs and documentation as needed.
• Perform other duties to support the project.
