Job summary

Gulf Winds is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead technically complex initiatives including enterprise system implementations, integrations, infrastructure upgrades, and data platform migrations. You will guide projects from initiation through closing, translating technical constraints into actionable decisions and coordinating across engineering, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of project management experience in technical projects such as system implementations, integrations, or infrastructure upgrades.
• Familiarity with Symitar Core and related systems is strongly preferred.
• IT-focused certifications (PMP/CAPM, Azure/cloud, or AI/ML) are expected or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Lead technically complex projects including system implementations, integrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Coordinate design, configuration, and testing with engineers, architects, analysts, and vendors.
• Identify, document, and mitigate technical risks and dependencies across platforms and vendors.
• Prepare technical and executive-level project communications and guidance for teams.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC and project management standards; track status and deliverables.
