Job summary

OP is seeking a Sr. Technical Project Manager to drive complex technology deployment programs across domestic and international environments.

You will manage the full lifecycle of integrated hardware and software systems, from planning and requirements gathering through installation, testing, handoff, and sustainment. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, operations, engineering partners, vendors, and executives, while balancing aggressive schedules and high quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or technology deployment leadership.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects within fast-paced operational environments.
• Experience coordinating hardware and software deployment initiatives across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of integrated technology systems, including CCTV/surveillance systems, AV systems, industrial or ride control systems, and network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with computer vision technologies, edge computing environments, and AI-driven systems.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure concepts including POE, VLANs, bandwidth management, and high-resolution video transmission.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, contractors, and external technical partners.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical teams and executive leadership effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, solve problems strategically, and drive project decisions.
• Experience facilitating technical reviews, status meetings, and executive briefings.
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology deployment initiatives across domestic and international environments.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle for integrated hardware and software systems, from planning to installation and handoff.
• Coordinate multiple project streams with diverse teams, vendors, and executives while maintaining schedules and quality.
• Guide deployments of integrated systems such as CCTV, AV, ride or industrial controls, and computer vision in complex settings.
• Develop deployment dashboards, status reports, and project docs for visibility and decision-making.
