Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a Technical Lead, Infrastructure and Operations to design, implement, and sustain scalable, secure infrastructure across the enterprise and franchise network. This role emphasizes architecture, standards, and governance without direct reports, partnering with IT, Security, franchises and business stakeholders.

You will own rollout governance, lifecycle management, and operations performance, while guiding automation, monitoring, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of enterprise infrastructure design, implementation, and management experience.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, containers, and software-defined networking.
• Deep understanding of security best practices, compliance requirements, and risk management in infrastructure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of the organization’s infrastructure and services across corporate and franchise environments.
• Own rollout governance, lifecycle management, and operational performance for franchise infrastructure projects.
• Implement automated tooling for provisioning, configuration, and monitoring to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, franchises, and business teams to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure.
