Job summary

CARET is hiring an Infrastructure Manager to lead the infrastructure team responsible for a robust, secure, and scalable private cloud service. You will guide design, implementation, and operations to ensure high availability across compute, storage, and networking.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a focus on operational excellence, security alignment (SOC 2), and cross-team collaboration to deliver reliable services to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years in datacenter infrastructure roles with leadership experience.
• Strong background in networking, virtualization, Windows Server, and Remote Desktop Services.
• Experience managing infrastructure in a multi-datacenter environment and on-call rotations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of infrastructure engineers.
• Oversee compute, storage, and networking hardware provisioning and configuration.
• Ensure stability of Windows Server environments and Remote Desktop Services (on-prem and Entra ID).
• Drive automation of provisioning and maintenance using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Azure DevOps.
