Mitek is seeking an Information Security Program Manager to orchestrate the security program across functions, report to executives, and coordinate audits. This role sits at the intersection of security literacy, program management, and executive communication, with a virtual-first approach and flexible work options.

Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years in security or IT program management, familiarity with NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS, and a strong ability to deliver clear executive

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in security or IT program management.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.
• Cross-functional program management in regulated environments.
• Strong written communication for executive reports and board materials.
• Experience coordinating audits including evidence collection and finding tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own the security program roadmap and execution across all security functions.
• Track initiatives, timelines and blockers with minimal VP involvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies with Engineering, IT, Legal and Compliance.
• Build and maintain the security metrics framework and dashboards for boards and audits.
• Coordinate security audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS) and maintain evidence.
• Own policy lifecycle, security awareness programs, and MSSP/vendor contracts.
