Job summary

Catalyst Acoustics Group is seeking an Information Security Manager to lead the security program and perform hands-on security work. This senior owner will set the roadmap, governance, and reporting, while personally handling incidents, tooling tuning, and queue management.

There are no direct reports initially, with a co-managed SOC for scale. The role reports to the VP of Technology and collaborates with IT, HR, Operations and brands, overseeing vendors and security posture across cloud and OT

Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security with hands-on operations and leadership responsibility.
• Experience with incident response and EDR tooling.
• Security posture reporting to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the information-security roadmap and governance.
• Lead incident response, triage, and post-incident reviews.
• Manage Paragus co-managed SOC relationship and vendor tooling.
• Develop security awareness programs and metrics.
