Job summary

Tricentis is seeking a Security Program Manager to drive roadmaps, planning, and execution across the InfoSec program. You will partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable security initiatives and help advance the security roadmap for partnering teams.

You will map requirements, confer with experts, manage scope, cost, and timelines, and report on KPI/SLAs to IT and InfoSec leaders. Excellent English communication is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management.
• 7+ years in information security or IT auditing, working with IT partners.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with accuracy and quality.
• Self-starter willing to support their project teams.
• Awareness of GDPR, CCPA, and other ROW privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Road map, plan, document, and execute security initiatives for Tricentis.
• Map requirements, plan solutions, confer with experts, and execute strategies.
• Develop executive reporting mechanisms for SLAs and KPIs.
• Report on security processes to IT and Infosec leaders.
• Engage stakeholders from discovery to close, manage scope, cost, and timelines.
• Host weekly syncs and document milestones and action items.
• Collaborate with partners to improve processes and troubleshoot issues.
