Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Information Security Technical Program Manager to lead large, complex security programs across agile, waterfall and hybrid lifecycles. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, budget and risks, and report to executives.

You should bring 15+ years in technology programs, 5+ years in information security in financial services, and hands-on experience with PAM, IAM, cloud security and security monitoring.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in banking/financial services or related tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple programs end-to-end within defined schedules, budgets, quality standards, and scope.
• Manage resources and drive teams to successfully complete large, complex Information Security programs and projects.
• Develop project timelines, detailed project plans, and track progress and status.
• Coordinate and lead onsite and virtual team resources across multiple time zones and locations, including offshore teams.
• Prepare and present project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support program and project business cases and change-control processes.
