Job summary

Arizona Public Service (APS) seeks a Supervisor, Information Systems to lead the Enterprise Productivity and Collaboration (EPIC) team. You will oversee delivery, support, governance, and improvement of Microsoft 365, Exchange, Power Platform, and related collaboration tools.

You’ll align technology with business goals, manage strategic roadmaps, and drive modernization while ensuring reliable employee productivity and strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Eight (8) years of progressively responsible Information Systems or related experience.
• A combination of education and experience totaling twelve (12) years may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day activities of a team delivering and maintaining information and communication systems solutions.
• Ensures 7/24 client support for computer and telecommunications systems.
• Balances architecture with business requirements to provide effective solutions and cross-system integration.
• Develops and retains a highly skilled technical team through performance management and training.
• Leads the integration of new and existing information systems through overall systems architecture.
