Job summary

Jobtailor in Arizona seeks a senior leader to head the EPIC team delivering Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Power Platform solutions. You will design, implement, and support secure, scalable productivity and collaboration capabilities across the organization.

This role partners with business and IT stakeholders, guides strategic planning and roadmaps, and ensures 24/7 client support while balancing architecture with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Eight (8) years of progressively responsible Information Systems or related experience.
• A combination of education and experience totaling twelve (12) years may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Project management experience.
• Preferred experience in information systems and application development, integration, implementation, and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Productivity and Collaboration (EPIC) team responsible for Microsoft 365, Exchange, Power Platform, collaboration, communication, and productivity solutions
• Deliver, support, communicate, govern, and continuously improve productivity and collaboration solutions
• Analyze business and technology needs and design, implement, and support secure, reliable, scalable solutions
• Provide leadership for operational support, strategic planning, product roadmaps, technology modernization, and adoption of emerging capabilities
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align technology investments, drive innovation, optimize processes, and deliver sustainable solutions
• Manage technical support and service delivery
• Lead implementation and integration of new and existing systems
• Maintain knowledge resources and support processes
• Guide staff in resolving complex technical issues
• Lead day-to-day team activities for delivery and maintenance of information and communication systems
• Ensure 24/7 client support for computer and telecommunications systems
• Balance technical architecture and business requirements to deliver effective, integrated solutions
• Lead resolution of technical issues and implement appropriate solutions
• Manage work group costs within the approved budget and improve department processes
• Support strategic planning, client planning, prioritization, and systems technology implementation
• Assign, direct, facilitate, review, and approve unit work activities
• Develop and retain a skilled technical team through performance management, coaching, training, and development opportunities
• Lead integration of new and existing information and business systems through overall systems architecture
• Provide technical expertise for complex support and project challenges
• Serve as escalated customer support for high-complexity or high-workload situations
