Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Change Management & Communications lead within the ABC team to craft and coordinate change management and communication strategies for information security projects.

You will develop training content, manage requests, serve as SME, and help steer the ABC portfolio’s direction. You will build reports and dashboards, translate complex technical information for diverse audiences, and lead microlearning and phishing simulation initiatives in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• 4 Years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable terms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to analyze program data and monitor ABC effectiveness.
• Write content for the SECURED newsletter, guidance pages, and other communications.
• Lead end-to-end production of microlearning and phishing simulations to foster secure behaviors.
• Engage with university leaders and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Develop training curriculum and phish testing strategy using visual design tools and editing software.
• Configure and maintain content in LMS platforms like KnowBe4, Workday Learning, and Canvas.
