Job summary

ECS Corporate Services is seeking a TS-cleared Senior Information Security Specialist - Change Management Lead to support a Department of Justice program in Washington, DC. This contingent role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to help safeguard critical national security systems.

You will collaborate with Business Owners, System Owners, ISSEs, and ISSOs to apply rigorous change management practices and strengthen security controls across the program.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with active Top Secret clearance.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Or one of the following certifications: CCISO, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CISSP-ISSEP, CySA+, GSLC, GSNA.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience; FBI TS/SCI, background, training, facility-access, and polygraph requirements.

Responsibilities

• May ensure appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure.
• Conducts independent comprehensive assessment of the management, operational, and technical security controls.
• Conducts control enhancements employed within or inherited by an informational technology system to determine the overall effectiveness of the controls.
• Plan, implement, upgrade, or monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information.
