You will lead security reviews, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and drive security through IaC, container security, and automation to stay ahead of emerging threats on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of information security experience with emphasis on security architecture and cloud security.
• Hands-on with major cloud platforms and their security services.
• Experience designing secure network architectures and IAM solutions in cloud environments.
• Expertise in threat modeling, risk assessment, and security architecture principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement secure cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.

• Develop and maintain security reference architectures and patterns.
• Provide expert guidance on security controls for data protection, identity and access management (IAM), network security, and application security.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend security technologies and solutions for cloud-native and containerized environments.
• Lead security architecture reviews and provide recommendations for remediation.
• Stay current with emerging cloud security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies.
• Develop documentation for security architectures, standards, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in information security, with a strong focus on security architecture and cloud security.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security services.
• Proven experience designing secure network architectures, IAM solutions, and data protection strategies in cloud environments.
• Expertise in threat modeling, risk assessment, and security architecture principles.
• Strong understanding of container security (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architectures.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and security automation tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence technical and business stakeholders remotely.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, or GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer are highly valued.
